These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the FluidPe platform, owned and operated by NeoCollat Fintech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "FluidPe", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
FluidPe is a financial technology platform that enables Users to pledge mutual funds through integrations with CAMS and KFintech APIs to avail loans provided by regulated financial institutions such as Bajaj Finserv. FluidPe does not provide loans or accept any form of deposits. All loans are offered and disbursed solely by our partnered financial institutions ("Lenders").
By accessing or using our website, mobile application or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.
"User" means any person accessing or using the Platform for availing services. "Lender" refers to a regulated financial entity providing credit under LAS. "Pledged Securities" are mutual fund units pledged by Users to Lenders. "Loan Against Securities (LAS)" refers to the process of availing a secured loan against mutual fund holdings. "APIs" refer to Application Programming Interfaces used to fetch data for processing loan applications.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. FluidPe shall not be responsible for any issues arising from false or misleading information. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
FluidPe is a technology enabler and facilitator of LAS transactions. We are not a Lender, nor do we provide any financial or investment advice. All loan decisions are made at the sole discretion of Lenders. FluidPe is not liable for the accuracy of data provided by external APIs or any technical delays beyond our control.
By using the Platform, you authorize FluidPe to access and process your mutual fund and financial data via integrated APIs to facilitate pledging of securities for loan application purposes.
All materials on the Platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of FluidPe or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
FluidPe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Platform or services. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FluidPe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these T&C, or infringement of any rights of another.
Your data will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable safeguards but do not guarantee absolute security of your data.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.
FluidPe may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice if you violate these T&C or engage in any activity that harms the Platform or its users.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
The Platform may contain links to external websites or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only. FluidPe does not endorse, monitor, or control such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access these third-party links at your own risk.
We may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotional material on the Platform. Your participation in any promotional activities or correspondence with advertisers is solely between you and the third party. FluidPe does not endorse and is not responsible for any claims made in such promotions.
You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary materials on the Platform, are owned by or licensed to FluidPe. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FluidPe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, error-free, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluidPe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
